Front Desk Receptionist

The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. This oftentimes includes performing administrative duties as needed. Planning, coordinating, and other duties as assigned will also be a function of this position.


Required: High school diploma or GED


Required: 1-3 years of relevant experience

POSITION REQUIREMENT(S): Specialized Skills/License/Certification

Required: Must have strong computer and interpersonal skills, be an effective communicator, work well under time constraints, and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.

CORE COMPETENCIES (Essential Job Functions):

  1. Greet persons entering the establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
  2. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  3. Maintain reception area, meeting rooms and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  4. Provide support and assistance to company functions
  5. Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries
  6. Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and performing basic administrative work.
  7. Completes special projects upon requests, and other duties may be assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday some weekends.
