DRIFTERS TRADING GIVEAWAY

Drifters Trading (the “Company”) will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

1.        DESCRIPTION OF CONTEST

a.        No purchase or consideration is necessary to win.

b.        Must be present to win.

c.        The Drifters Trading Giveaway will begin on Friday, March  22, 2024 and end on Saturday, April 6, 2024.

d.        Entries will be accepted during normal business hours, Monday-Friday ___8:00________AM – ___5:00______PM, and Saturday ___8:00_________AM-___12:00______PM, and at various off-site sales venues during various times. Entries will be accepted until ____1:00________PM on Saturday, April 6, 2024.

e.        All entries must be submitted at the Drifters Trading. on official entry forms.  Entry forms are available at Drifters Trading and through various electronic media.

f.         Drifters Trading will conduct a random drawing from all entries.  A name will be drawn and that person will have five (5) minutes to claim their prize.  If the prize is not claimed within five (5) minutes, the person who was drawn and did not claim the prize will be disqualified and another name will be drawn.

g.        One entry per person.  All duplicate entries will be deleted. Must be present to win.
 
2.        PRIZE

a.        The grand prize that will be awarded to the eligible winner will be a __2022 Ariens IKON XD Mower___________________.  The prize is valued at $___4,918.00___________.  Additional prizes of various value will also be awarded.

b.        If the winner is disqualified, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize, in its sole discretion.

c.        Company is not responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the prize nor are they liable for damage/injury suffered as a result of the use of any prize.

d.        Winner is responsible for taxes.

3.        ELIGIBILITY AND LIMITATIONS

a.        Participants and winner must be legal U.S. residents and at least 18 years old at the time of the drawing.  Only one (1) entry per person.

b.        Employees of Drifters Trading the contest participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family of such persons are not eligible to participate or win.  The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws”, or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.

c.        Drifters Trading reserves the right to refuse to award a prize if eligibility restrictions are not adhered to or abused in any way.

4.        ENTRY FORMS

a.        All entries must be completely filled out.  Any entries that are missing information will be disqualified if drawn and another entry will be drawn (at the Company’s discretion).

5.        PUBLICITY; USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

a.        By participating, all participants and winner grants the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with the promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.  By participating in the contest, participants agree that the Company may utilize personal information in the Contest for marketing and other purposes.

6.        RELEASE

a.        By participating, each participant and the winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, the Contest’s sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in the Contest, or from the use of the prize.  In order to receive the prize, winning participant must sign an official waiver form provided by the Company.

7.        TAXES

a.        Any valuation of the prize stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of the prize awarded to the winner must be reported for tax purposes as required by law.  The winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. The winner must provide the Company with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before the prize will be awarded. Using false names or identification will immediately disqualify contestant. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize.  The winning person will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.

8.        DECISIONS

a.        By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel.  The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or who the Company believes has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means.  The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and the Company’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final.  If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate.  All decisions will be made by the Company and are final.  The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.

b.        Drifters Trading reserves the right to discontinue this contest or change the rules at any time and without notice.

9.        MISCELLANEOUS

a.        The Winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Company’s release form to claim the prize.  No purchase necessary to participate or win.  Purchase does not increase chance of winning.  Void where prohibited.  Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants.  The Company may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Contest at any time.  The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest.  Written copies of these rules are available during normal business hours at the business offices of the Company and by mail upon written request with a stamped, self-addressed return envelope.  All entries become the property of the Company and will not be returned.

b.        Drifters Trading  and the sponsors involved are not responsible for mechanical or printing errors or allegations of contest fixing.  Decisions of management are final

10.     HOLD HARMLESS

a.        Contestants and winner agree to hold forever harmless Drifters Trading its advertising or promotion agencies, their agents, officers, employees, affiliates and assigns for any injuries, accidents, misfortunes, or causes of action arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with participation or winning the Drifters Trading Giveaway.

11.     OFFICIAL RULES

a.        Contest information and winner’s names are available for inspection at Drifters Trading during normal business hours.  Drifters Trading is located at 561 Cobb Parkway Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30736
